Orders and delivery times
Snap Hardware Sales Conditions

The expected delivery times are shown in website product's details as summarized in the table below.

Products are available at SNAP's warehouses and are prepared for the dispatch. If you order within 3 p.m. ordered products will be shipped during the day. Courier delivery usually occurs within 48-72 working hours starting from the dispatch. Also "On Offer" products fall in this category for a limited number of pieces.

Products are available at national distribution centers linked to our website. Products are dispatched on average 2-3 days starting from the order and therefore delivery usually occurs whithin 5 working days.

Products are available at national distribution centers linked to our website; delivery occurs on average within 7 working days.

In this case delivery times are indicative and calculated on average times of dispatch. Indicated times also consider the case of made-to-order products (such as customized labels), for which also processing time has to be considered.

 

When the order is fulfilled and - where required - the Customer has paid,  SNAP will send the appropriate communication by mail for the order's acceptance (order confirmation) where are summarized data entered by the Customer, sales condition and expected dispatch times; these times usually reflect those suggested at purchase time, but they're more reliable because are verified on warehouse's in-real-time current situation.

When the order is fulfilled and - where required - the Customer has paid,  SNAP will send the appropriate communication by mail for the order's acceptance (order confirmation) where are summarized data entered by the Customer, sales condition and expected dispatch times. The Customer undertakes to verify the content od order confirmation, promptly signaling eventual dissimilarities from the request. After this phase the order will be processed. If occurs any problem which will cause the order's non-acceptance from SNAP S.r.l, it will be promptly communicated to the Customer. 

When order's acceptance is completed, SNAP S.r.l. will deliver products requested, by courier, at the address entered on order's form, unless the Customer has chosen "Withdrawal at our office"; in this case the Customer will receive instructions on times and methods for product's withdrawal, which will be on his interest. Delivery times depends on availability of purchased orders: for available goods delivery usually occurs within 48/72 hours starting from order's acceptance; generally expected time are indicated on product's details (week-end and holidays are not to be considered on delivery times calculation).   No responsibility may be charged to SNAP S.r.l. for any order's dispatch or delivery delay.


At delivery time by the courier, the Customer has to check what is listed below:

  • number of packages to be delivered matches the one indicated on courier documentation;
  • packaging and sealing materials (e.g. tape) are intact, not damaged, nor wet or altered in any other way;
  • sealing material haven't been compromised in any way.

Eventual damages or mismatching number of packages or indications, must be promptly contested to the courier which is delivering. After signing courier's document, the Customer will not be able to contest anything about external conditions of what delivered.
For every order SNAP S.r.l. issues an invoice of shipped material, sending it by mail to the order's holder. For the invoice issue, will be used datas provided by the Customer at order's time. No variation in invoice will be possible after its issue.
