Paying methods and shipping fees

SNAP S.r.l. provides to the Customer the following payment methods: Credit Card, Cash On Delivery, Bank Transfer in Advance.

• Credit card
  • On this website it is possible to pay with VISA, MASTERCARD Credit Card or Visa Electron prepaid cards such as Postepay, through PayPal or Banca Sella services.
    If the purchase is paid by this method, at the moment when the order transaction ends, PayPal orBanca Sella will authorize the charge of the purchase's total. Financial information are sent, through crypted protocol, to the service provider only and no third party can access to it, in any way. This information can not even be used by SNAP s.r.l. unless for fulfilling purchase's processes, issuing a refund or, when necessary, preventing or reporting to police frauds' commit.

• Cash on Delivery
  • If the Customer choose this method, valid only for purchases up to 1.000 euros VAT included,
  • the payment must be made with cash money only. The Customer will be charged only of what seen at the moment of the order.
• Bank Trasfer in Advance
  • If this method is chosen, products ordered by the Customer will be kept reserved until the receipt of some proof of the transfer, to be sent to SNAP S.r.l. (by fax or e-mail) within and not later than 3 working days starting from the date of the acceptance of the order. The shipping of the goods will occurr only when the amount will be credited on SNAP S.r.l. bank account. After the three days mentioned above SNAP will not keep products reserved and reserves the right to change delivery terms.
    Bank transfer cause must report:
    • number of reference of the order;
    • order's date;
    • name and surname of order's holder.
• Shipping fees
  • Shipping fees are are calculated and shown in the order confirmation. They consider goods quantity, paying methods (cash on delivery will apply a charge based on the total). It is included insurance on goods transported.
    
    N.B.: Shipping fees calculated are valid on Italian field and Republic of San Marino. Shipping towards other Countries could apply a charge evaluated on the specific destination.
