Snap Hardware Sales Conditions

Sales contract between Customer and SNAP S.r.l. it is meant concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian Law. The solution of civil or penal disputes deriving from completion of this sales contract at a distance, if the Customer is a consumer, is under the local jurisdiction of his city of residence district attorney; in any other case, is under the jurisdiction of Benevento's district attorney.
