This guide will explain you, how to reset and calibrate Zebra ZT200 Series printers, (Zebra ZT220 and  Zebra ZT230 version)

 

To reset and calibrate manually, follow these istructions

- Switch off the printer

- Press and hold down both FEED and PAUSE buttons

- Switch on the printer, wait self test, then release buttons

 

The Printer will reset and then will feed some labels in order to "read" dimensions.

 

 

You can configure the printer in order to perform these actions on boot

Available options:

  • Calibrate: consente di regolare i livelli e le soglie del sensore, determinare la lunghezza dell'etichetta e far avanzare il supporto fino al reticolo successivo
  • Feed: consente di far avanzare l'etichetta fino al primo punto di registrazione 
  • Lenght: consente di determinare la lunghezza dell'etichetta utilizzando i valori correnti del sensore e di far avanzare il supporto fino al reticolo successivo
  • Do Nothing: indica alla stampante di non spostare il supporto. E' necessario verificare manualmente che il reticolo sia posizionato in modo corretto, oppure premere manualmente il pulsante Feed per posizionarsi sul reticolo successivo
  • CAL. BREVE: consente di impostare le soglie del supporto e del reticolo senza regolare il guadagno del sensore, determinare la lunghezza e far avanzare il supporto fino al reticolo successivo

 

Per configurare le azioni da eseguire accedere al menu della stampate sul pannello fisico.

  • Spostarsi al menu STRUMENTI o TOOLS (contrassegnato dall'icona di un ingranaggio)
  • Navigare il menu con la freccia destra fino a visualizzare le opzioni "AZIONE ALL'ACCENSIONE"
  • con la freccia versio il basso selezionare l'opzione desiderata e confermare con il tasto OK
