    PolyPro 4000D - Permanent labels - Direct thermal
    A white, polypropylene, direct thermal label stock which produces high contrast images with Zebra’s thermal printers. Combined with a general purpose acrylic adhesive, this product offers good adhesion to a variety of surfaces. Recommended for short term use only.

     

    Key features:

    • White top coated thermal imaging polypropylene
    • Adhesive: Permanent acrylic based
    • Liner: 60gsm Glassine liner

    Applications:

    • Indoor general purpose labelling.
    • Labelling of most packaging materials and plastic substrates.
    • Tear-resistant shelf-edge label
    • Warehouse tote bin labels
    • Not recommended for applications involving long term exposure to sunlight or extreme heat.

    Ribbon and printer:

    • Recommended Zebra printers: Mobile, desktop, mid-range and high-performance thermal printers
    • Minimum application temperature: 5ºC
    • Service temperature range: -20ºC to 80ºC
    • Recommended storage conditions: One year duration when stored at 0ºC to 21ºC at 35% to 50% RH
